Decoration Methods

Due to the physical properties of silicone, imprint colors are limited to specially formulated ink colors: Black, or White.

Our fabric products are imprinted using Screen Print technology, imprint colors are limited to the specially formulated ink colors: Black, White, Blue PMS 293, Charcoal PMS 424, Kelly Green PMS 347, or Red PMS 485.

The Ampli-Fey™ digital imprint method applies ink directly to the surface of the product and offers rich photographic quality images in full color.

Color entrapment seals a full color paper insert behind a layer of clear vinyl. This layer of clear vinyl provides a glossy finish around the entire product which protects the inside printed piece of paper.

Colorfill combines hot stamping and debossing to create greater imprint dimension. on artwork required. Minimum of 12 point type recommended; Minimum of 1 point line weight; and 1 point line spacing on artwork required.

Debossing uses a die to depress your image into the product surface.

Laser Engraving uses computer generated beam technology to cut the image into the product. Utilized on metal, bamboo and wood products. Requires 6 pt type or larger. 1 pt line weight and 1 pt line spacing is recommended on all artwork. If 6, 8, or 10 pt fonts are bolded, 1.5 pt spacing is needed. Note: Because of naturally occurring variations in the grain and color of bamboo and wood products, laser engraved decorations within a run will vary in appearance.

Hotstamping applies foil at high temperatures to the product surface. Requires a minimum of 8 point type; 1 point line weight; and 1 point line spacing on artwork. 1/8 minimum distance between colors for multi-color imprints.

Pad printing applies inks directly to objects with irregular surfaces. Ideal for printing on small products that are not flat. Requires a minimum of 6 point type; .75 point line weight; and .75 point line spacing on artwork.

Screen printing applies color directly to the surface of the product by transferring a stenciled design on a flat surface with ink, a mesh screen and a squeegee. Requires a minimum of 6 point type; .5 point line weight; and .5 point line spacing on artwork.
